MarketingWorks is experienced in creating a library of frequently used information, such as letters to customers and answers used in Requests for Proposal (RFPs). We handle the time-consuming “grunt” work of editing and reformatting files so your staff can concentrate on their primary responsibilities—while giving your materials a consistent and persuasive message and a professional-looking format.

Proposal Libraries

A well-organized proposal library provides the following advantages: uniform format, consistent answers, more efficient data retrieval, streamlined proposal production process and simplified revision capabilities. And potentially higher close rates.

MarketingWorks has developed proposal libraries for companies including Thomas Cook Travel, American Express, e-Travel and FPT Travel. In fact, the Thomas Cook proposal library was designated a “Best Practice” by American Express (who purchased the travel agency) and served as the model for integrating the two companies’ proposal writing process.

American Express Small Business Travel Letter Library

American Express’ Small Business Travel Division asked us to bring a consistent tone, message and look to their client correspondence and internal communications. We updated over 70 documents including customer service and sales letters, marketing fact sheets, employee forms and internal announcement flyers.

American Express Travel Manager Toolkit

The many documents in the Travel Manager Toolkit needed to be better organized and updated with a more consistent message and format. We did the time-consuming revisions for over 100 documents, freeing up the client’s staff so they could concentrate on their primary responsibilities.

Note: Client confidentiality agreements prevent us from including specific library and proposal documents.
