We provided several project management services for this four-color quarterly newsletter for American Express, including story idea development, research, writing, editing and legal approvals. In addition, we worked with the client’s Supplier Relations Group to solicit the ads that paid for the publication and coordinated the receipt of all materials.

We also helped convert the Flyer from paper to an e-mail format, cutting production costs and boosting the newsletter’s profitability.

  The Center for Charter School Excellence wanted to create a Guidebook to simplify the charter school application process, which has three different approving agencies, each with their own approval requirements. We were asked to compile, edit, organize and condense detailed process information from 200 pages to about 60 pages. And we did.
